New Delhi, Jan 11 (PTI) Zinc prices on Tuesday rose 30 paise to Rs 286.65 per kg in the futures trade, tracking a firm trend in physical markets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for January traded higher by 30 paise, or 0.30 per cent, to Rs 286.65 per kg with a business turnover of 1,446 lots.
Marketmen said widening of positions by participants following a pick-up in demand from consuming industries supported zinc futures prices. PTI RUJ HRS hrs
