CRISIL to Acquire Bridge To India Energy; Improve standing in Renewables

The acquisition will improve CRISIL’s standing in the new energy and renewables market. Bridge To India Energy Private Limited (also known as “Bridge To India”) is a leading provider of renewable energy consulting and knowledge services to financial and corporate clients worldwide. Bridge To India is a subsidiary of S&P Global.

CRISIL has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Bridge To India. Bridge To India gives its clients a 360-degree view of the renewable energy market, built on a solid foundation of industry knowledge and a wide range of databases and tools.
