Parekh’s compensation declined 21% from the previous year. Salil previously served on Capgemini’s Group Executive Board, where he spent 25 years in a number of executive capacities. Salil was a partner at Ernst & Young and is well recognized for giving the advisory firm’s Indian business scope and value.
