Innovision Limited has a total market capitalization of approximately Rs. 690 crore. The company’s shares were trading at Rs. 288.25 apiece on the stock exchange, up by 0.23 percent. The stock has declined 2.88 percent over the last month. The stock touched a 52-week high of Rs. 470 and a 52-week low of Rs. 280.

According to the company’s exchange filing, Innovision has been appointed as the user fee collection agency for the Turup Fee Plaza at Ranchi Bypass in Jharkhand under NHDP Phase-III on EPC (Package-1). The scope of work also includes the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, including replenishment of consumable items.

The contract has been awarded by NHAI, a domestic entity, through a competitive e-tendering process. The project carries a total contract value of Rs. 44,60,29,635 and is scheduled to be executed over a one-year period. The company further clarified that the order is not a related-party transaction and that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority.

The latest order strengthens Innovision’s toll management portfolio and reinforces its position as a key service provider in India’s highway infrastructure ecosystem. With increasing investments in national highways and digital tolling infrastructure, such contracts provide stable revenue visibility while expanding the company’s operational footprint across key transport corridors.

India’s road infrastructure sector continues to benefit from sustained government investment through highway expansion, expressway development and modern toll collection systems. As new highways become operational and existing corridors witness higher traffic volumes, demand for professional toll management and integrated facility services is expected to remain strong.

For investors, the NHAI contract demonstrates Innovision’s ability to secure large government assignments through competitive bidding. Continued order inflows in toll management and manpower services could support the company’s long-term revenue growth and strengthen its presence in the infrastructure services segment.

Incorporated in 2007, Innovision Limited is engaged in providing manpower services, toll plaza management and skill development training across India. The company offers private security, integrated facility management, staffing and payroll solutions, while also operating toll plazas with services including toll collection, traffic management and plaza maintenance. In addition, it delivers vocational and technical training under various government skill development initiatives across multiple sectors and has a presence across 23 states and 5 union territories.
