Manyata tech-park is located in Nagarwara, outer ring road near hebbal which is developed by the Embassy group. The land area ranges for 300-330 acres making it one of the largest single business parks. The built-up area covers about 15.6 million sq. ft leasable area with about 100,000-150,000+ employees across 69+ tenant companies. The key tenants are IBM, cognizant, nokia, rolls-royce, philips, AXA, target india, etc. Involves job sectors from IT services, GCC/GIC, engineering R&D, BFSI tech, AI & analytics. It is fully operational since 2001 and an ongoing expansion with 3.1+ MSF under construction. 

2. Karle Town Center

KTC is located in 100. ft kempapura main road, adjacent to nagavara lake which is developed by Karle Infra projects pvt. ltd. The land area ranges from 62-72 acres with built up area of 9.8 million sq. ft total; 3.6+ million sq. ft. commercial leasable. 30000-40000+ employees with 8000+ in SEZ towers but can fit capacity for 50000+. 3. Bhartiya City IT Park

The IT-park is located in Thanisandra main road, chikkajala which is developed by Bhartiya urban infra and land developers. The land area ranges from 125+ acres with built-up area of 1.5 million sq. ft. The IT parks capacity is up to 25000 with 10000-15000+ employees currently. The key tenants for now are Wipro, societe generale GBS, Barclays, ANZ. The job sectors involved are IT, BFSI technology, shared services and GCC. Phase 2 of this IT-park for extension is expected by 2026. 

4. RMZ Galleria (RMZ latitude)

RMZ galleria is located in Yelahanka, developed by RMZ corp. The land area covers 25 acres and the built-up area is 2 million sq. ft. The number of employees currently are 15000-20000 with key tenants such as texas instruments, bosch, SAP, Accenture and Siemens. The job sectors involved are IT consulting, engineering R&D, enterprise software and semi-conductor. The status is fully operational currently. 

5. Global Village Tech Park

This tech-park is located in Mylasandra, NICE road, developed by global village tech park pvt. ltd. It covers a land area of 80 acres and the built-up area is 3 million sq. ft. The number of employees include 20000-25000 with key tenants including Intel, cisco, HP, Goldman Sachs. The job sectors involved are networking, fintech, product R&D, etc.

1. Embassy Manyata Extension and Embassy Crescent

This is located in Hebbal, bellary road which developed by Embassy group. The planned built-up is 3.1 MSF + 0.8 MSF. Expected to generate 25000-35000 jobs focusing on sectors like IT services, GCC, BFSI tech and engineering R&D to be completed by 2025-26. 

2. Embassy Innovation Park Phase 2

This is located in chikkajala and is again developed by the embassy group. The land area is of 1 million sq. ft and planned a built up of 1 MSF. The expected jobs are 8000-12000 focusing on sectors like IT, deep tech startups, GCC and innovation labs to be completed by 2026. 

3. CapitaLand IT Park

IT park is located in yelahanka and is developed by CapitaLand investment. The land area is of 20-25 acres and has a planned built-up of phase 1 and phase 2. The expected jobs are 15000-20000 employees across both phases. The sectors mainly focused are Tech, BFSI, GCC and product companies. The expected completion of phase 1 is 2025 and phase 2 is 2027. 

4. Ebisu Tech Park

The Ebisu tech park is located in nagawara, outer ring road and is developed by Ebisu developers. The land area is of 12 acres and a planned built-up of 1 million sq. ft. The expected jobs are of 8000-10000 employees focusing majorly on sectors like IT, AI, GCC and fintech. The tech park is expected to be completed by 2026. 

5. Prestige Waterfront Tech Park

The tech park is located in nagawara and is developed by prestige group. The land area is of 15 acres and a planned built-up of 1.2 MSF. The expected jobs are for 10000-12000 employees. Majorly focused sectors are IT, GCC and fintech to be completed by 2026.
