Synopsis: This article compares the Slice UPI Credit Card and Klick (formerly Kiwi) Credit Card across cashback, rewards, fees, forex charges, and key features to help you identify the better choice based on your spending habits in 2026.

QR-code payments have become a way of life for Indians, who use UPI to pay for their groceries, utility bills and much more. In response to this change, fintech companies have introduced UPI first credit cards that integrate the “UPI” and “Credit Card” experience to gain the UPI convenience while enjoying rewards on a credit card. The most popular ones include the Slice UPI Credit Card and Klick (also known as Kiwi) Credit Card.

Card Comparison at ₹15,000 Monthly UPI Spend (With Klick Neon)

Note: The above comparison assumes the user has an active Klick Neon membership and meets the required milestones to earn up to 5% cashback. Without Neon, Klick offers a base cashback of 1.5% on UPI transactions, resulting in an annual cashback of ₹2,700 on a ₹15,000 monthly UPI spend. Similarly, Slice’s “up to 3%” cashback depends on eligibility, offers, and applicable terms and conditions, so actual rewards may vary.

Best UPI Credit Card by Spend

      • Slice UPI Credit Card is better suited for users who want a lifetime-free credit card with zero forex markup, flexible payment options through Slice in 3, and the potential to earn up to 3% cashback on eligible UPI transactions without paying for a premium membership.
      • Klick (formerly Kiwi) Credit Card is a better choice for users who make high UPI spends and are willing to subscribe to Klick Neon. With milestone-based rewards, users can earn up to 5% cashback, enjoy complimentary airport lounge access, and receive additional YES Rewardz Points on non-UPI transactions.

      Bottom line

Both Slice UPI Credit Card and Klick (formerly Kiwi) Credit Card offer attractive rewards for UPI users. Slice is better for those who prefer a simple, lifetime-free card with zero forex markup, while Klick becomes more rewarding for high UPI spenders who can maximize its Neon membership benefits, making it the better choice for reward-focused users.
