LinkedIn opened its new office in Bellandur on 16 June 2026. This new office is situated in Global Technology Park (GTP), Outer Ring Road (ORR), Bellandur. This tech park is in proximity to the Eco Space bus terminal which is just 6 minutes walk from the GTP.
2. Disney Office in Bellandur
Disney India has leased close to 1.75 lakh sq ft at RMZ Ecoworld 2.0, taking up 6 units across the 6th and 7th floors. The 5-year lease, reported in June 2026, carries a monthly rental of around ₹2.01 crore, and a total commitment of nearly ₹128 crore, with 206 car parking spaces.
3. Honeywell Office in Bellandur
Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab has signed a 7-year lease for nearly 4 lakh sq ft at RMZ Ecoworld, effective January 1, 2026. The deal is valued at roughly ₹429 crore over its tenure, with a starting monthly rent of ₹4.39 crore which is approx. ₹110 per sq ft, with 499 parking spaces, and a future option to add 1.36 lakh sq ft more by June 2026.
4. Morgan Stanley
Morgan Stanley Advantage Services has taken up close to 1.6 lakh sq ft of Grade-A space at Ecoworld on a 5-year lease from January 2026. The rent is about ₹121 per sq ft per month which is approximately ₹1.92 crore monthly, along with the security deposit of around ₹11.89 crore and a 15% escalation every 3 years.

Bellandur Real Estate Prices
Average Property Price starts from ₹15,400 per sq ft for flats and apartments and Rental Yield is rising at approximately 3%. Price Appreciation in last 1 year is at 18.5%, 102.6% 3 years, and 146.4% in 5 years for flats or apartments. This area is growing demand for Grade-A office spaces, robust social infrastructure, and availability of GCCs and major IT hubs and is creating potential opportunities for investors.
