3. Form 16 (Salary TDS Certificate)

  • Required for filing Income Tax Return (ITR)

4. Form 12BA

  • Deadline: 15 June 2026
  • Statement of perquisites and non-monetary benefits

5. Form 16A

  • Deadline: 15 June 2026
  • Issued by banks, companies, and other deductors
