5. Ishan Uday Special Scholarship Scheme For NER
This scheme is for students from the North Eastern states in India. Through this scheme, the students are provided with ₹8,000/- per month for 10 months in a year, and are available for students belonging to economically weaker sections of the North Eastern Region. The girl should be admitted to a first-year degree-level course, the total family income of the household should not exceed ₹8.0 lakhs, and only 2 girls from the same household are eligible for the scholarship.
