3. Coimbatore (Avinashi Road- Race Course Belt)

Avinashi Road- Race Course Belt is a mature, high-income micro market belt surrounded by education institutions, healthcare and export-driven industry. The locality is a magnet for NRI families and business owners seeking spacious, well-managed residencies. The key localities are Race Course Road and Anivashi Road towards Nava India Peelamedu. 

4. Nagpur

Nagpur is an emerging luxury residential hub in Central India. It is a high-income core city with tree-lined avenues. It has moved from mid segment to upper mid and accessible luxury driven by flyovers, metro connectivity and proximity to IT parks. It is closest equivalent to a South Delhi or South Mumbai. The luxury areas are Dharampeth high streets, Civil lines core, MIHAN Wardha Road and Narendra Nagar. 

5. Vijayawada

Vijayawada is a luxury along the river & the capital belt Benz Circle is a prime commercial and residential junction, it is the first stop for buyers seeing “ City Center Plus Lifestyle”. Kanuru, Tadepalli and the Amravati Capital region are emerging as the new luxury frontier.
