The second work order relates to the development and implementation of an Affiliation Management System that will automate institutional affiliation processes. The platform will cover institution registration, online application processing, inspection management, NOC processing, approval workflows, digital proceedings generation and analytics-driven monitoring tools.

Both projects form part of the expansion of the SBTET Andhra Pradesh Academic Monitoring & Administrative Automation Application (AMAAA) platform, an integrated e-governance solution designed for the higher technical education ecosystem in the state. The platform aims to streamline academic and administrative functions through digital automation and centralized management.

The newly awarded modules will broaden the scope of the platform by covering key academic and administrative processes, including institution affiliation, student registration, examination administration, evaluation, result processing and governance-related functions. The initiative is expected to support a fully integrated framework for end-to-end academic administration.

The company stated that the solutions will be implemented and maintained under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, providing recurring revenue opportunities through long-term operations and maintenance contracts. The post-deployment operations and maintenance period for both systems is three years.

Importantly, the scope of the project covers approximately 4 lakh students across the higher technical education ecosystem governed by SBTET Andhra Pradesh. This large user base highlights the scale and significance of the implementation and could create future opportunities for platform expansion and additional digital services.

The contracts have been awarded by a domestic government entity and do not involve any related-party transactions. As per the company’s internal classification policy, the Examination Management System order falls under the Tier-2 category, while the Affiliation Management System order falls under the Tier-1 category.
