Bulk deals are closely watched by investors as they provide insights into institutional buying and selling activity and changing market sentiment. Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd.
Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd. is a leading packaged food company engaged in manufacturing and marketing premium biscuits, breads, and bakery products. The company sells its products under brands such as Mrs. Bector’s Cremica and English Oven, serving both retail consumers and institutional clients in India and overseas.
With a market capitalization of Rs 6,436 crore, the shares of Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd. were trading at Rs 210 per share. In a recent bulk deal, HRTI Pvt. Ltd. purchased 1.56 lakh shares at Rs 208.78 per share, amounting to a transaction value of about Rs 3.26 crore. Meanwhile, QE Securities LLP sold 68,975 shares at Rs 208.55 per share, worth around Rs 1.44 crore. The combined transaction value stood at approximately Rs 4.70 crore.
Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd.
Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd. is one of India’s leading manufacturers of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) resin, used across the automotive, consumer durables, electronics, and appliance industries. The company supplies high-performance engineering plastics to domestic and international customers.
With a market capitalization of Rs 3,310 crore, the shares of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd. were trading at Rs 133 per share. In a recent bulk deal, Elixir Wealth Management bought 54,079 shares at Rs 128.47 per share, worth about Rs 0.69 crore, while Irage Broking purchased 3.87 lakh shares at Rs 127.88 per share, amounting to around Rs 4.95 crore.
Meanwhile, QE Securities sold 1.22 lakh shares at Rs 126.78 per share, valued at about Rs 1.55 crore. The combined transaction value stood at approximately Rs 7.19 crore.
Dynamic Cables Ltd.
Dynamic Cables Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing power infrastructure products, including power cables, conductors, and railway signalling cables. The company caters to utilities, power transmission and distribution companies, railways, industrial customers, and EPC contractors across India and export markets.
With a market capitalization of Rs 2,167 crore, the shares of Dynamic Cables Ltd. were trading at Rs 447 per share. In a recent bulk deal, Irage Broking bought and sold 1.39 lakh shares on the BSE at prices ranging between Rs 438 and Rs 439 per share. Based on the average transaction price, the total transaction value was approximately Rs 6.10 crore.
Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Ltd.
Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Ltd. manufactures specialty oils, lubricants, petroleum jelly, process oils, transformer oils, and healthcare products. It serves industries such as automotive, power, chemicals, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and industrial manufacturing, with operations across domestic and international markets.
With a market capitalization of Rs 2,204 crore, the shares of Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Ltd. were trading at Rs 225 per share. In a recent bulk deal, Neomile Growth Fund – Series I purchased 8.64 lakh shares at Rs 224.80 per share, taking the total transaction value to approximately Rs 19.42 crore.
GNA Axles Ltd.
GNA Axles Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of rear axle shafts, spindles, and other precision-forged automotive components. The company supplies products to commercial vehicle and off-highway equipment manufacturers in India and exports to customers across North America, Europe, and other global markets.
With a market capitalization of Rs 2,182 crore, the shares of GNA Axles Ltd. were trading at Rs 512 per share. In a recent bulk deal, Sehrah Maninder Singh sold 4.71 lakh shares at Rs 534.99 per share. The total transaction value of the deal stood at approximately Rs 25.20 crore.
India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd.
India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. is a public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Tourism. The company operates hotels, duty-free shops, catering services, event management, and travel-related businesses while promoting tourism infrastructure and hospitality services across India.
With a market capitalization of Rs 6,579 crore, the shares of India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. were trading at Rs 767 per share. In a recent bulk deal, HRTI Pvt. Ltd. purchased 19,440 shares at Rs 784.26 per share. The total transaction value of the deal was approximately Rs 1.52 crore.
Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd.
Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd. manufactures and markets beer, Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), and ready-to-drink beverages. The company owns popular brands across multiple states in India and continues to expand its production capacity and distribution network in the alcoholic beverages market.
With a market capitalization of Rs 1,539 crore, the shares of Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd. were trading at Rs 74 per share. In a recent bulk deal, NK Securities Research sold 7,240 shares at Rs 74.35 per share. The total transaction value of the deal stood at approximately Rs 5.38 lakh.
