Synopsis: No final deal between US and Iran as US Vice-President JD Vance left Pakistan after negatiations failed. He said more bad news for Iran much more than it’s bad news for the United States of America

US Vice-President JD Vance left Islamabad, Pakistan after US-Iran negatiations failed as Iran chose not to accept the terms presented by the United States in the deal. The Islamabad talks was the first face-to-face meetings marking the highest-level direct engagement between US and Iran in decades, since the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

After the negotiations, JD Vance said, “The bad news is that we have not reached an agreement, and I think that’s bad news for Iran much more than it’s bad news for the United States of America,”

“So we go back to the United States having not come to an agreement. We’ve made very clear what our red lines are.”, he added.

The financial markets are yet to react on this news as the negotiations are on weekends when most global markets are closed. However, the crypto market that trades 24×7 already started showing bearish moves with Bitcoin crashing from $73k to $71k just after announcing the negotation results. Most other cryptos and alt coins also crashed similarly.
