The shares of the prominent agri-product manufacturer rose up to 9 percent from an intraday low after the company’s board had approved the issue of Bonus and stock split in the ratio of 10:1 and 1:10, respectively.
With a market capitalization of Rs 131.32 crore, the shares of Nirman Agri Genetics Ltd were trading at Rs 167.50 per share, increasing around 3.78 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 161.40 apiece.
Bonus & Stock Split
The share of Nirman Agri Genetics Ltd has seen positive movement after the Board of Directors approved the proposal of a stock split in the ratio of 1:10, i.e, 1 existing Equity Share of Rs 10 each split into 10 Equity Shares of Rs 1 each.
Additionally, it also announced a 10:1 bonus issue, granting ten bonus shares for every one held. The Record Date for the purpose of sub-division will be notified in due course.

Financial Highlights
The company delivered a strong financial performance in FY24-25, with revenue soaring 276 percent to Rs 237 crore from Rs 63 crore a year earlier. Net profit also surged 150 percent to Rs 25 crore, reflecting robust operational growth, improved efficiency, and effective execution across its business segments.
