According to the latest regulatory filings with the BSE, Investment & Precision Castings Limited has received in-principle approval from BSE for issuance and proposed allotment of 50 lakh equity shares of the company of Rs. 10 each, under a 1:1 bonus share agreement. This means that shareholders will receive 1 new fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10 each for every 1 fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10 each they currently hold. Additionally, the company has fixed Friday, 27th June 2025, as the record date for the purpose of determining shareholder eligibility for this 1:1 bonus issue.

Investment & Precision Castings reported a significant growth in the revenue from operations, experiencing a rise of nearly 7 percent YoY, increasing from Rs. 39.8 crores in Q4 FY24 to Rs. 42.5 crores in Q4 FY25. Similarly, during the same period, the company’s net profit increased from Rs. 0.7 crores to Rs. 2 crores, representing an impressive rise of around 186 percent YoY.

Investment & Precision Castings Limited is an investment casting foundry with machining facilities engaged in the business of the production of investment castings. It is a pioneer of Lost-Wax Investment Castings in India and supplies its manufactured products to the automotive industry, valve industry, and other customers.

The company operates two specialised facilities with an annual capacity of 1200 tons and 60 tons, dedicated to serving the aerospace, defence, power generation, general engineering, and medical industries. This plant is equipped for various casting processes, including vacuum casting, air-melt casting, and roll-over casting, and supports a range of materials such as steel, aluminium alloys, cobalt-based alloys, and nickel-based alloys.
