Financial Highlights
Gulf Oil Lubricants India reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 3,631 crores in FY25, up 10 percent from Rs 3,301 crores in FY24. On a year-on-year basis, revenue grew 9.54 percent to Rs 953 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 870 crores in Q4 FY24. On a quarterly basis, revenue increased by 3.59 percent from Rs 920 crores in Q3 FY25.
The company reported a net profit of Rs 357 crores in FY25, up 15.91 percent from Rs 308 crores in FY24. On a year-on-year basis, net profit rose 6.90 percent to Rs 93 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 87 crores in Q4 FY24. However, on a quarterly basis, net profit declined by 4.12 percent from Rs 97 crores in Q3 FY25.
Additionally, the company has announced a dividend of Rs 28 per share of the Face Value of Rs 2/- each (1400 percent) for FY24-25.
The company’s EV charger subsidiary, Tirex, reported a revenue of Rs 79 crore in FY25, which has grown by 300 percent from its previous year. It added that the company is on track to deliver targeted revenues of Rs. 400-500 Crores in the next 3-4 years.
