PG Electroplast
With a market capitalisation of Rs 21,986, the shares of PG Electroplast Ltd are currently trading at Rs 776, down 26.4 percent from its 52-week high of Rs 1,054.20 per share. The stock has given a multibagger return of 22,669 percent over the last five years.
According to sources, PG Electroplast is undergoing some significant changes at the top, as its promoter group is set to sell 1.59 crore shares, which is about 5.6 percent of the company, through a block deal priced at Rs 740 each, which is a discount of 4.63 percent from its CMP. The transaction size is around Rs 1,177 crores.
This stake sale, spearheaded by the Gupta family, comes with a 180-day lock-in period for the remaining promoter shares. As of March 2025, the promoter group held 49.37 percent of the company, based on BSE filings.
Interglobe Aviation
With a market capitalisation of Rs 2,05,306, the shares of Interglobe Aviation Ltd are currently trading at Rs 5,313, down 6.23 percent from its 52-week high of Rs 5,665.50 per share. The stock has given an impressive return of 450 percent over the last five years.
According to sources, Interglobe Aviation’s promoter Rakesh Gangwal and his family trust sold 2.26 crore shares, which is about 5.8 percent of the company, priced at Rs 5,260 each, for a consideration of around Rs 11,928 crores.
