The shares of an Indian company involved in manufacturing and supplying components for the power distribution and transmission sector have hit a 20 percent upper circuit from the previous closing price. The company’s financial results show robust Revenue growth of 27 percent Y-O-Y, and the Net profits are up by 68  percent 

The shares of Vilas Transcore Ltd, with a market capitalization of Rs. 1,116.53 crores on Thursday. Its shares are trading at a CMP of Rs 456.10, against the previous closing price of Rs 383.50. The stock has hit a 20 percent upper circuit.

What Happened

Vilas Transcore Ltd, a company in manufacturing and supplying components for the power distribution and transmission sector, announced its results for the Financial year ‘25. Its Revenue grew by 27  percent YoY from Rs 150 Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs 191 Crores in Q4FY25, and it has increased by close to  18  percent QoQ from Rs 162 Crores in Q3FY25 to Rs 191 Crores in Q4FY25. 

Its Net Profit grew by 68  percent YoY from Rs. 11.8  Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs. 19.8 Crores in Q4FY25. The Net profits have grown by  38.46 percent QoQ from Rs. 14.3 Crores in Q3FY25 to Rs. 19.8 Crores in Q4FY25. 

The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Depreciation, and Taxes (EBIDT) has also grown by 76 percent YOY from Rs 15.1 crores in Q4FY24 to Rs 26.6 crores in Q4FY25. Its EPS has also grown by 23  percent YOY from Rs. 6.58  in Q4FY24 to Rs. 8.10  in Q4FY25.

Plans and Targe

The Chairman & Managing Director of the company, Mr Nilesh Jitubhai Patel, has said that to capitalize on opportunities in the Power and Energy sector, the company is tripling its capacity and introducing new products, including radiators and nanocrystalline cores. This expansion will allow the company to meet growing demand, serve a broader customer base, and enhance operational efficiency. With enhanced capabilities and a more robust supplier network, the company is well-positioned for sustainable growth. The company is aiming for topline growth of 60 percent to 70 percent in the coming year, i.e  FY26.

For expanding capacity and adding new products like radiators and nanocrystalline cores strengthen our competitive edge, boosts efficiency, and supports The company also has a New Greenfield Project at Vadodara, where the Commercial Production is set to start soon with a total capacity of 24,000 MTPA for CRGO Lamination and 7,200 MTPA for Radiator, funded through IPO proceeds
