The shares of an IT company, specializing in providing IT services, IT infrastructure management solutions, and warranty management solutions, hit a 20 percent upper circuit upon declaring Q4 results with a 229 percent rise in Profit Year on Year (YoY).

With a market capitalization of Rs. 366.06 crores on Monday, the shares of Inspirisys Solutions Limited hit a 20 percent upper circuit, making a high of Rs. 92.40 per share compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 77.00 per share.

Inspirisys Solutions Limited, engaged in providing IT services, IT infrastructure management solutions, and warranty management solutions, has announced its Q4 results as follows.

Its Revenue from operations rose by 22 percent YoY from Rs. 98.6 Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs. 120 Crores in Q4FY25, and it rose by 50 percent QoQ from Rs. 79.5 Crores in Q3FY25 to Rs. 120 Crores in Q4FY25.

Its Net Profit YoY rose by 229 percent from Rs. 3.74 Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs. 12.3 Crores in Q4FY25, and it declined by 6.8 percent QoQ from a profit of  Rs. 13.2 Crores in Q3FY25 to Rs. 12.3  Crores in Q4FY25.

The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at Rs. 3.09, compared to Rs. 3.33 in the previous quarter. The company has a P/E ratio of 13.53, which is significantly lower than the industry average of 50.57, indicating potential undervaluation. Its low PEG ratio of 0.03 further suggests the stock may be undervalued. Additionally, with over 65 percent promoter shareholding, it indicates strong insider confidence in the company.

Segment-wise Revenue & others

In Q4, the company saw significant revenue growth across most segments. Systems Integration revenue increased from Rs. 5.09 crore in Q3 to Rs. 41.64 crore in Q4. Services grew from Rs. 72.53 crore to Rs. 76.9 crore, and at last Warranty Management Services saw a slight decline, with revenue falling from Rs. 1.89 crore to Rs. 1.8 crore.
