Apex Ecotech Limited is engaged in providing integrated water and wastewater treatment solutions across industrial and infrastructure sectors. The company offers design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning services for water treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, sewage treatment systems, and recycling solutions.

Apex Ecotech currently has a market capitalization of around Rs. 211 crore, with the stock trading near Rs. 170 up by 20% compared to previous close of Rs. 141.60. The stock touched a fresh 52-week high during intraday trade after the company reported strong financial growth. 

The company maintains healthy profitability metrics, with ROCE at 41.2% and ROE at 31.1%, indicating efficient capital utilization and strong returns for shareholders. Apex Ecotech trades at a P/E ratio of 12.4, while its book value stands at approximately Rs. 48 per share.

Apex Ecotech delivered a strong operational performance during the second half of FY26. Revenue from operations for the six-month period ended March 2026 stood at approximately Rs. 116 crore, compared to around Rs. 49 crore reported during the corresponding period last year, registering a massive growth of nearly 136% YoY. 

Total income increased sharply to around Rs. 117 crore, reflecting strong order execution and higher business activity across segments. The company’s profit before tax surged to approximately Rs. 19.3 crore, compared to around Rs. 9.3 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. Net profit for the period came in at nearly Rs. 14.4 crore, almost doubling from around Rs. 7 crore reported in the same period last year, reflecting a growth of nearly 99% YoY.

Apex Ecotech witnessed a significant sequential improvement in performance during the second half of FY26. Revenue from operations increased from approximately Rs. 32.6 crore in H1 FY26 to around Rs. 116 crore in H2 FY26, reflecting strong execution momentum and improved business activity. 

Profit before tax also rose sharply from nearly Rs. 3.4 crore in the first half to around Rs. 19.3 crore in the second half of the financial year. Net profit increased substantially from approximately Rs. 2.6 crore during H1 FY26 to nearly Rs. 14.4 crore in H2 FY26, indicating a major improvement in operational efficiency and profitability. 

Apex Ecotech delivered an impressive FY26 performance with strong growth in revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency. Rising industrial demand for water treatment and environmental solutions appears to be supporting the company’s business momentum.
