Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) are significant players in global financial markets, comprising various entities such as mutual funds, pension funds, and hedge funds, among others. They invest substantial capital across international borders, influencing the market dynamics, liquidity, and investment trends, thus playing a crucial role in shaping global Investment landscapes and economic development.

1. Sirca Paints India Ltd

With a market capitalization of Rs 2,680 crore, the shares closed at Rs 489 per share, decreased around 0.52 percent as compared to the previous closing price. The debt-to-equity ratio of the business is 0.02.

The foreign institutional investors of the company increased their stake by 2.17 percent, from 5.18 percent in June 2025 to 7.35 percent in September 2025. Additionally, 27.14 percent is owned by retail investors, 0.32 percent is held by domestic institutional investors, and 65.19 percent is owned by promoters.

2. Skipper Ltd

Skipper Limited is a global leader in making Transmission & Distribution structures and is also a major player in polymer products. The company’s vision is to help build a strong national infrastructure and make India a top choice for sourcing infrastructure goods globally.  

With a market capitalization of Rs 6,230 crore, the shares closed at Rs 552 per share, increased around 3.11 percent as compared to the previous closing price. The debt-to-equity ratio of the business is 0.60.

The foreign institutional investors of the company increased their stake by 1.23 percent, from 5.42 percent in June 2025 to 6.65 percent in September 2025. Additionally, 26.46 percent is owned by retail investors, 0.40 percent is held by domestic institutional investors, and 66.48 percent is owned by promoters.

3. Lloyds Enterprises Ltd

Lloyds Enterprises Limited is primarily engaged in the business of trading iron and steel products, while also actively managing various investments. The company is committed to maintaining clean, transparent business standards and ethical practices as a core operational principle across all its endeavors.  

With a market capitalization of Rs 9,751 crore, the shares closed at Rs 67.8 per share, increased around 1.24 percent as compared to the previous closing price. The debt-to-equity ratio of the business is 0.24.

The foreign institutional investors of the company increased their stake by 0.22 percent, from 0.47 percent in June 2025 to 0.69 percent in September 2025. Additionally, 36.48 percent is owned by retail investors, 0.11 percent is held by domestic institutional investors, and 62.72 percent is owned by promoters.
