With a market capitalization of Rs. 352.33 crores, the shares of Ginni Filaments Limited hit a 5 percent upper circuit of Rs. 49.87 per share on Wednesday, up from its previous closing price of Rs. 47.50 per share.
Q1 FY26 Result Walkthrough
Coming into the quarterly results of Ginni Filaments Limited, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 63.09 percent YOY, from Rs. 62.56 crore in Q1 FY25 to Rs. 101.54 crore in Q1 FY26, and grew by 12.82 percent QoQ from Rs. 90 crore in Q4 FY25.
Ginni Filaments Limited generated 56.18 percent of its revenue from textile sales and 43.82 percent from consumer product sales in Q1 FY26. In Q1 FY26, Ginni Filaments Limited’s consolidated net profit increased by 52,950 percent YOY, reaching Rs. 10.61 crore compared to Rs. 0.02 crore during the same period last year. As compared to Q4 FY25, the net profit has increased by 121.97 percent, from Rs. 4.78 crore.
The basic earnings per share increased by 319.51 percent and stood at Rs. 1.72 as against Rs. 0.41 recorded in the same quarter in the previous year, 2025.
Financial Highlights: Ginni Filaments Limited’s revenue has decreased from Rs. 351 crore in FY24 to Rs. 300 crore in FY25, which is a drop of 14.53 percent. The net profit of the company has converted from negative to positive, from a net loss of Rs. 84 crore in FY24 to a net profit of Rs. 4 crore in FY25.
In terms of return ratios, the company’s ROCE and ROE stand at 9.12 percent and 8.87 percent, respectively. Ginni Filaments Limited has an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 1.73, and its debt-to-equity ratio is 0.37x.

Ginni Filaments Limited is an Indian textile manufacturing company established in 1982 and headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It is an integrated textile player involved in the manufacture and sale of cotton yarns, knitted fabrics, non-woven spunlace fabrics, knitted garments, and consumer products such as wipes used in personal hygiene and healthcare.
The company operates multiple manufacturing units located in Chhata (Mathura district), Noida, Haridwar, and Panoli (Gujarat), with the Panoli plant being India’s first state-of-the-art spunlace nonwoven fabric facility, producing about 12,000 metric tons annually.
Ginni Filaments was originally set up as a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) focused on cotton spinning. Over time, it has diversified and vertically integrated its operations from cotton yarn production to finished garments and personal care wipes.
