Financial Highlights
Piramal Enterprises Ltd reported a net interest income of Rs 3,591 crores in FY25, up by 19 percent from Rs 3,022 crores in FY24. Additionally, it reported a net interest income of Rs 964 crores in Q4 FY25, up by 28 percent from its Q4 FY24 income of Rs 755 crores.
It reported a net profit of Rs 485 crores in FY25 against a net loss of Rs 1,684 crores in FY24. Additionally, its net profit declined by 25.5 percent to 102 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 137 crores in Q4 FY24. However, its net profit surged by 161 percent to Rs 102 crores in Q4 FY25 from its previous quarter’s profit of Rs 39 crores.
It reported a growth of 17 percent in its total AUM to Rs 81,000 crores in FY25 from Rs 69,000 crores in FY24, where 80 percent of the total AUM is catered by the retail segment itself. Additionally, it recommended a dividend of Rs 11 per share based on approval by the shareholders of the company.
Segment Highlights
Its retail lending AUM increased by 35 percent YoY to Rs 64,652 crores in FY25 from Rs 47,927 crores in FY24, and disbursements in the folio surged by 9 percent and 17 percent on YoY and QoQ respectively. Its housing loans, LAP, and used car loans categories also registered a strong growth of 21 percent, 62 percent, and 91 percent respectively, on a YoY basis.
Its wholesale 2.0 AUM increased by 44 percent YoY to Rs 9,117 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 6,347 crores in Q4 FY24. Additionally, its disbursements grew by 18 percent on a YoY basis but declined by 18 percent on a QoQ basis.
