With a market cap of Rs. 396.4 crores, the shares of an investment trust company engaged in providing its shareholders expert advice on investment portfolio moved up by nearly 3 percent to Rs. 175.8 on BSE, during Wednesday’s trading session.

As per the latest bulk deal, a Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI), Six Sigma Investments Fund, bought nearly 8.83 lakh equity shares, representing a 3.92 percent stake in the company, via an open market transaction on NSE. The transaction was valued at around Rs. 15 crores, executed at an average price of Rs. 170 per share.On the sell side, One Earth Capital Limited offloaded the same number of shares, at the same average price.

AGS Transact Technologies Limited

With a market cap of Rs. 64 crores, the shares of an integrated omni-channel payment solutions provider of digital and cash-based solutions to banks and corporate clients hit a 2 percent lower circuit at Rs. 4.97 on BSE, during Wednesday’s trading session.

Devi Traders LLP offloaded nearly 7.74 lakh equity shares, representing a 0.6 percent stake in the company, via a bulk deal on NSE. The transaction was valued at around Rs. 39.2 lakhs, executed at an average price of Rs. 5.06 per share.

Arunaya Organics Limited

With a market cap of Rs. 71 crores, the shares of a company engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of specialty dyes and intermediates moved down by nearly 11 percent to Rs. 39 on NSE, during Wednesday’s trading session.

D3 Stock Vision LLP bought 1.28 lakh equity shares, representing a 0.71 percent stake in the company, via a bulk deal on NSE. The transaction was valued at around Rs. 56.3 lakhs, executed at an average price of Rs. 44 per share.

Integrity Infrabuild Limited

With a market cap of Rs. 43.4 crores, the shares of a Class-A civil contractor registered with the Government of Gujarat moved up by nearly 3.4 percent to Rs. 107 on NSE, during Wednesday’s trading session.

Aryaman Capital Markets Limited and Emrald Commercial Limited collectively bought nearly 1.38 lakh equity shares—representing a total of 3.21 percent stake in the company—via a bulk deal on NSE. The total transaction was valued at around Rs. 1.4 crores, executed at an average price of Rs. 100.8 and Rs. 100.81 per share, respectively.

Sheetal Universal Limited

With a market cap of Rs. 138.4 crores, the shares of the company engaged in the manufacturing of agricultural products hit a 5 percent upper circuit at Rs. 120.85 on NSE, during Wednesday’s trading session.

JNSP Trading LLP offloaded 1.14 lakh equity shares, representing a 1 percent stake in the company, via a bulk deal on NSE. The transaction was valued at around Rs. 1.3 crores, executed at an average price of Rs. 114.88 per share.

Gensol Engineering Limited

With a market cap of Rs. 43.4 crores, the shares of a company engaged in solar consulting, EPC and leasing of electric vehicles (EVs) hit a 2 percent lower circuit at Rs. 69.58 on BSE, during Wednesday’s trading session.

A Domestic Institutional Investor (DII), Neo Apex Venture LLP, bought nearly 3.62 lakh equity shares, representing a 0.95 percent stake in the company, via a bulk deal on NSE. The transaction was valued at around Rs. 2.5 crores, executed at an average price of Rs. 70.2 per share.

Additionally, another DII, Epitome Trading and Investments, bought nearly 2.32 lakh equity shares, representing a 0.61 percent stake in the company, via a bulk deal on BSE. The transaction was valued at around Rs. 1.64 crores, executed at an average price of Rs. 70.99 per share.
