Landmark Cars Limited
With a market cap of Rs. 2,604 crores, shares of a leading premium automotive retail network in India moved up by nearly 3 percent on BSE, rising to Rs. 638.5 on Monday.
As per the latest bulk deal, foreign investor Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore PTE bought 2.75 lakh equity shares, while Dhunseri Ventures Limited purchased around 26.6 lakh shares in Landmark Cars on BSE. The total deal transaction was valued at nearly Rs. 34.6 crores, executed at an average price of between Rs. 638.83 and Rs. 639 per share.
On the sell side, promoter Aryaman Sanjay Thakker offloaded 7 lakh shares (or a 1.69 percent stake) in the company at Rs. 639 apiece for Rs. 44.7 crores, while New York State Teachers Retirement System divested nearly 48 lakh shares at Rs. 639.04 per share worth Rs. 30.7 crores.
As of June 2025 shareholding data available with the BSE, Aryaman Sanjay Thakker held a 1.73 percent stake in Landmark Cars Limited. Landmark Cars Limited is the authorised dealer for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars for the states of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Mumbai.
The company is engaged in the business of (i) authorised agent of selling automobiles of a single brand “Mercedes-Benz” (ii) the operation of workshops and garages to repair and service the automobiles, including other ancillary services (iii) direct selling agency/marketing agency on behalf of inter alia banks and non-banking financial companies to market their financing schemes to customers (iv) selling of accessories, and (v) earning insurance commissions linked to its sales and service activities.
As of Q1 FY26, the company commands a 19.1 percent market share in Jeep & Citroën, 18.7 percent in BYD, 15.1 percent in Mercedes-Benz, 9.7 percent in Volkswagen, 5.3 percent in Honda, and 3.4 percent in MG.
Sigachi Industries Limited
With a market cap of Rs. 1,655 crores, shares of India’s leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical excipients, APIs, and specialty ingredients, moved down by nearly 2.4 percent on BSE, falling to Rs. 43.14 on Monday.
As per the latest bulk deal, a foreign investor, iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets IMI Index ETF, bought around 31.85 lakh equity shares in Sigachi Industries on NSE. The total deal transaction was valued at nearly Rs. 14 crores, executed at an average price of Rs. 43.85 per share.
Sigachi Industries Limited is engaged in the business of manufacturing Micro Crystalline Cellulose Powder (MCCP), Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), and selling Pharmaceutical goods and other services.
The company is a global player in the pharmaceutical industry dedicated to pioneering advancements in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Intermediates, Excipients, vitamin-mineral blends, and Operations and Management (O&M) services. Sigachi’s diverse product portfolio is manufactured in 4 multi-locational facilities, viz. Telangana, Gujarat, and Karnataka.
Power Mech Projects Limited
With a market cap of Rs. 9,424.5 crores, the stock moved down by nearly 1.5 percent on BSE, falling to Rs. 2,935 on Monday. As per the latest bulk deal, Motilal Oswal Asset Management Co. Ltd – MOAMCL-Motilal Oswal Focused Midcap Strategy offloaded around 1.68 lakh equity shares, equivalent to a 0.53 percent stake, in Power Mech Projects Limited on NSE. The total deal transaction was valued at nearly Rs. 50.4 crores, executed at an average price of Rs. 2,990.58 per share.
Power Mech Projects Limited is an engineering and construction company providing integrated service in erection, testing and commissioning (ETC) of boilers, turbines and generators and balance of plant (BOP), civil works and operation and maintenance (O&M).
The company undertakes projects including ultra mega power projects, super critical thermal power projects, sub critical power projects, heat recovery steam generator, waste heat recovery steam generator, circulating fluidised bed combustion steam generator, gas turbine generator, hydro electric plants, maintenance, renovation, modernisation and annual maintenance of running plants and complete civil works in India and abroad.
