Bonus Issue
The company’s Board of Directors will meet on Monday, 29th September 2025 at 4:00 PM to discuss the proposal of issuing Bonus Shares for shareholders. This meeting is being held as per SEBI rules, and the decision to issue Bonus Shares will need the approval of shareholders.
As per rules from SEBI about insider trading, and the company’s internal policy, the trading window is closed for directors, promoters, key staff, and their immediate relatives. Q1 Financial Highlight
The company reported revenue of Rs. 23.27 crore in Q1FY26, up 17.4% YoY from Rs. 19.82 crore in Q1FY25, though sequentially it declined 6.6% from Rs. 24.91 crore in Q4FY25. Profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 1.78 crore, marking a 28.1% YoY increase compared to Rs. 1.39 crore but down 44.5% QoQ from Rs. 3.21 crore.
Over a 3-year period, the company registered robust growth with profit CAGR of 40%, sales CAGR of 38%, and ROE CAGR of 27%, showing consistent financial strength despite short-term quarterly fluctuations. This highlights strong long-term fundamentals even as near-term performance shows moderation.
