With a market capitalization of Rs. 5,894.15 crore, the shares of V I P Industries Limited were currently trading at Rs. 414.95 per equity share, up nearly 1.45 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 409. 

On September 26, 2025, Kiddy Plast Limited, part of the Promoter Group, sold a stake of 10.87 lakh shares at an average price of Rs. 388, amounting to Rs. 42.19 crore. Meanwhile, Piramal Vibhuti Investments Limited sold 77.53 lakh shares at an average price of Rs. 388.25, totaling Rs. 301 crore. In total, 88.40 lakh shares were sold, resulting in a combined value of the sold stakes amounting to Rs. 343.19 crore.

On the same day, Multiples Private Equity Gift Fund IV purchased 31.52 lakh shares at an average price of Rs. 388, with a total value of Rs. 122.32 crore. Meanwhile, Samvibhag Securities Private Limited acquired 22.13 lakh shares at the same price, amounting to a total value of Rs. 85.85 crore. 

Additionally, Multiples Private Equity Fund IV acquired 28.59 lakh shares at Rs. 388, which totaled Rs. 110.91 crore. In summary, the total number of shares purchased amounted to 82.24 crore, resulting in a combined total value of Rs. 319.07 crore.

Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited

With a market capitalization of Rs. 1,819.30 crore, the shares of Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited were currently trading at Rs. 113 per equity share, up nearly 2.59 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 110.15. 

On 26th September 2025, CHIRIPAL EXIM LLP, part of the Promoter Group, disposed of 5.33 lakh shares (0.33 percent) at an average price of Rs. 110, reducing their holding to 1.18 crore shares (7.33 percent). The total value of this transaction was Rs. 5.87 crore.

On 26th September 2025, Rapid Holdings 2 Pte. Limited, part of the Promoter Group, disposed of 1.32 crore shares (1.99 percent) at an average price of Rs. 82, reducing their holding to 27.82 crore shares (41.90 percent). The total value of this transaction was Rs. 108.24 crore.
