Synopsis:
Jaykay Enterprises’ subsidiary Allen Reinforced Plastics has secured a ₹9.16 crore order from Bharat Dynamics for manufacturing packing boxes. This is the second confirmed order from a total of ₹15.90 crore in communication.

The shares of the Small-Cap company, specializing in high-precision manufacturing for the defense and aerospace sectors, jumped by up to 10 percent upon receiving the second definitive order worth approximately Rs. 9.16 crore (including GST) from Bharat Dynamics Limited.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 2,906.05 Crores on Monday, the shares of Jaykay Enterprises Ltd rose by 9.9 percent after making a high of Rs. 236.00 compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 214.65.

What Happened 

Jaykay Enterprises Ltd, engaged in high-precision manufacturing for the aerospace, defense, and space tech industries, through its step-down subsidiary Allen Reinforced Plastics Limited, has received a new definitive order from Bharat Dynamics Limited valued at approximately Rs. 9.16 Crores (including GST) for the manufacturing of packing boxes. 

This follows a previous order from Bharat Dynamics, part of an earlier communication totaling Rs. 15.90 Crores, from which an initial order worth Rs. 6.74 Crores for manufacturing launcher tubes had already been confirmed. The latest order represents the second part of that communication and has now been formally confirmed, and the order is domestic, awarded by Bharat Dynamics Limited.

Financials & Others

The company’s revenue rose by 224 percent from Rs. 17 crore to Rs. 55 crore in Q1FY25-26. Meanwhile, the Net profit rose from  Rs. 5 crore to  Rs. 20 crore during the same period.

The company’s debt-to-equity ratio stands at a low 0.08, reflecting a strong balance sheet. Additionally, promoter holding has increased by 2.82 percent compared to the previous quarter.
