With the market capitalization of Rs. 984.60 crore, the shares of Ganesh Green Bharat Ltd is trading at Rs. 397, up by 1.66 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 390.50 per equity share.

Work Order

Ganesh Green Bharat Ltd received a domestic order from Solberry Energy Private Limited for the supply of 40 MW Solar PV Panel Modules in Gujarat, valued at Rs. 60.46 crore inclusive of all taxes. The contract will be executed as per the terms of the order.

Ganesh Green Bharat Limited, founded in 1998 and based in Ahmedabad, India, manufactures and trades solar modules and related products. The company provides on-grid and off-grid solar power solutions, solar pumping systems, home lighting systems, and ground-mounted solar plants, catering to various energy needs.

In addition, it offers water supply schemes, electrification services, solar panels (monocrystalline, HJT, TOPCON), lithium batteries including EV batteries, and R&D services for smart meters and electric vehicles. The company also handles the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar and electrical goods and photovoltaic cells.

A return on equity (ROE) of about 23 percent, a return on capital employed (ROCE) of about 25.2 percent and debt to equity ratio at 0.23 demonstrate the company’s financial position. At the moment, the company’s P/E ratio is 32.6x higher as compared to its industry P/E 20.8x.  

The company reported revenue of Rs. 180 crore in H2 FY25, up by 30.43 percent from Rs. 138 crore in H1 FY25 and 62.16 percent from Rs. 111 crore in H2 FY24. The company reported a net profit of Rs. 17 crore in H2FY25, up by 13.33 percent from Rs. 15 crore in H2 FY24 and by 30.77 percent from Rs. 13 crore in H1 FY25.
