  • Hero MotoCorp: Hero MotoCorp’s sales increased 7.9% to 6.87 lakh units. Domestic demand rose 5%, while exports surged nearly 95%, highlighting strong international traction alongside stable growth at home.
  • TVS Motor Company: TVS Motor sales jumped 12% to 5.41 lakh units. Two-wheelers rose 11%, EVs 8%, exports 10%, and 3-wheelers spiked 60%, underscoring broad-based growth across domestic and global segments.

  • United Spirits:  Bombay High Court quashed ₹443 crore water charges raised on United Spirits. WRD must reassess bills since 2018. The company must deposit ₹66.5 crore as an interim payment.

  •  Eternal:  BofA Securities Europe SA bought 82 lakh shares (0.08% stake) in Eternal at ₹325.5 each, worth ₹266.91 crore, from Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE – ODI, marking a notable institutional transaction.
  • RBL Bank: Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore acquired 32.51 lakh shares (0.53% stake) in RBL Bank at ₹274.44 per share, totaling ₹89.2 crore, signaling foreign institutional interest in the private lender.

Brokerage Recommendations

  • Axis Bank – Morgan Stanley: Morgan Stanley remains overweight on Axis Bank, raising its target price to ₹1,450 from ₹1,325. The bank’s turnaround is progressing with steps taken in the past year. Strong order inflows, especially from Middle East EPC and offshore projects, should drive double-digit growth in revenue, EBITDA, and PAT. Market focus may shift toward FY27, with margins improving slightly to 7.8%.
