Based on the latest reports from the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR), here is the list of top 10 richest Chief Ministers in India as of 2025, ranked by their total declared assets.

1. N Chandrababu Naidu –  Andhra Pradesh

  • Total assets: ₹931 crore. 
  • Political party- TDP (Telugu Desam Party)
  • Income source: As of August 2025, the Heritage Foods & Nara family holds a 41.3% stake, which forms the bulk of Naidu’s declared assets according to ADR.

2. Pema Khandu- Arunachal Pradesh
