The company announced a 1:1 bonus issue and set the record date as 24th October 2025 for determining the shareholders deemed eligible to receive bonus shares. The deemed date of allotment of Bonus Shares shall be Monday, October 27, 2025, and these Bonus Shares will be made available for trading on the next working day of allotment i.e. Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
