1. Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands
Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands is a leading premium lifestyle and fashion platform in India, operating a portfolio of iconic brands. The company’s strategy is anchored in decades of operational excellence and an innovation-led culture to drive its business forward. Its expansive footprint includes over 3,200 stores covering a retail area of 4.6 million square feet across India.
With a market capitalization of Rs 17,956.64 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 147.15 per share, increasing around 0.34 percent as compared to the previous closing price.
According to recent NSE data, a group of 12 investors, including Morgan Stanley, Societe Generale, Amansa Holdings, Goldman Sachs, Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, UTI AMC, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Nippon India Mutual Fund, and SBI Life Insurance Company, purchased the entire 6.02 percent stake in the company.
However, Flipkart Investments exited Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands by selling its entire 7.3 crore shares (6.02% stake) at Rs 136.45 per share, amounting to Rs 998.4 crore.

2. Embassy Office Parks REIT
As India’s first publicly listed Real Estate Investment Trust and Asia’s largest by area, Embassy REIT owns and operates a massive 42.8 million square feet portfolio. The company’s campus-style buildings are designed to deliver a ‘total-business-ecosystem’ offering to its world-class corporate tenants and their employees. This portfolio is home to over 200 of the world’s leading companies, demonstrating its significant scale and market appeal.
With a market capitalization of Rs 40,462.74 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 426.86 per share, increasing around 1.51 percent as compared to the previous closing price.
According to the exchange data, Kotak Performing Re Credit Strategy Fund-I sold 90.43 lakh equity shares of the REIT at Rs 421 per unit. The transaction value of this deal is Rs 380 crore.
