During Wednesday’s trading session, shares of India’s leading travel and lifestyle experiences company hit a 5 percent upper circuit on the stock exchanges, after the company announced partnerships with The Card Company and WSFx Global Pay Limited.

With a market cap of Rs. 612 crores, shares of Dreamfolks Services Limited hit a 5 percent upper circuit at Rs. 114.85 on BSE, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 109.4.

The stock has delivered negative returns of around 75 percent in one year, but has fallen by nearly 17 percent in the last one month. Additionally, the stock is currently trading at a discount of 76 percent from its 52-week high of Rs. 471.95.

According to the latest regulatory filings with the stock exchanges, Dreamfolks Services Limited has entered into a strategic collaboration with The Card Company, an RBI-licensed issuer of prepaid payment instruments (PPIs), to launch their Wallet product Alpha (α).

Wallet α is India’s first premium wallet that directly integrates elite travel, lifestyle, and entertainment privileges on PPI rails. It aims to make benefits traditionally available only to select Credit Card users accessible to a broader audience across the country, representing a step toward democratizing premium experiences.

Wallet α is available to all users on The Card Company App and offers exclusive, premium benefit packages—α I, α II, and α III—available for instant purchase and digital access. The premium benefit packages, powered by DreamFolks, include a comprehensive suite of services. Travel benefits span global airport lounge access, airport transfers, railway lounges, and hotel upgrades.

Lifestyle offerings include access to exclusive members-only clubs, golf sessions, wellness and fitness services, and curated experiences. Finally, Entertainment & Dining benefits cover OTT subscriptions, movie benefits, and gourmet dining offers.

Available through The Card Company App, Wallet α offers three exclusive benefit packages—α I, α II, and α III—which users can purchase instantly for digital access. Powered by DreamFolks, these packages include a diverse range of services. Travel benefits cover global airport lounge access, airport transfers, railway lounges, and hotel upgrades. 

Lifestyle benefits include access to exclusive clubs, golf sessions, wellness and fitness services, and curated experiences. Entertainment and dining benefits feature OTT subscriptions, movie perks, and gourmet dining offers.

Additionally, on the same day, at the Global Fintech Festival (GFF) 2025, Dreamfolks Services Limited and WSFx Global Pay Limited–one of India’s leading forex and travel payment platforms – announced a strategic partnership aimed at simplifying and elevating the end-to-end travel transit experience for Indian consumers.

Under this collaboration, DreamFolks and GlobalPay will integrate a comprehensive suite of global transit and travel convenience services into the GlobalPay ecosystem, creating a unified platform that combines payments, privileges, and mobility under a single payment layer. The partnership extends beyond transactional services, delivering an integrated travel experience designed to enrich the modern traveller’s journey.

Dreamfolks Services reported a marginal growth in its revenue from operations, showing a year-on-year increase of around 9 percent from Rs. 321 crores in Q1 FY25 to Rs. 349 crores in Q1 FY26. Likewise, its net profit increased during the same period from Rs. 17 crores to Rs. 21 crores, representing a significant rise of about 24 percent YoY.

Dreamfolks Services Limited is engaged in the business of providing benefit management services through a proprietary technology platform that empowers clients such as banks, card networks, airlines, and corporations to tailor airport and lifestyle service offerings for their end customers.

The company primarily integrates global card networks operating in India, card issuers, and corporate clients, including airline companies, with various airport lounge operators, transport operators and other airport service providers on a unified technology platform.
