With a market capitalization of Rs. 255.86 crores, the share of Cash UR Drive Marketing Limited has reached an intraday high of Rs. 145 per equity share, rising nearly 2.51 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 141.45. Since then, the stock has retreated and is currently trading at Rs. 144.50 per equity share. 

Reason Behind the Surge

Cash UR Drive Marketing Limited has received a Letter of Award (LOA) to manage exclusive advertising on electric buses under the Olectra Greentech projects with PMPML, Pune. The company will install and operate ads on 151 buses for the next five years, with potential revenue of around Rs. 40 crore. 

This project strengthens Cash UR Drive’s position in transit and electric mobility advertising and adds to its ongoing growth in outdoor and on-vehicle media. The company plans to expand advertising to additional buses as they are added to the fleet, further increasing its revenue potential.

In FY25, Cash UR Drive Marketing Limited reported total revenue of Rs. 139 crore. Compared to FY25, this project is 30 percent of the company’s revenue. The new electric bus project will significantly contribute to recurring revenue, supporting the company’s focus on sustainable and technology-driven advertising solutions. This LOA marks an important step in scaling operations and capturing high-growth opportunities in India’s transit advertising market.

Coming into financial highlights, Cash UR Drive Marketing Limited’s revenue has increased from Rs. 94 crore in FY24 to Rs. 139 crore in FY25, which has grown by 47.87 percent. The net profit has also grown by 100 percent from Rs. 9 crore in FY24 to Rs. 18 crore in FY25. Cash UR Drive Marketing Limited’s revenue and net profit have grown at a CAGR of 19.23 percent and 81.71 percent, respectively, over the last three years.

In terms of return ratios, the company’s ROCE and ROE stand at 54.8 percent and 41.8 percent, respectively. Cash UR Drive Marketing Limited has an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 13.42, and it’s a debt-free company.
