With market capitalization of Rs. 6,795 cr, the shares of MTAR Technologies Ltd is currently trading at Rs. 2,200 per share, decreasing 5% in today’s market session making a low of Rs. 2,182.50, from its previous close of Rs. 2,288.90 per share.
Bulk deal
On October 17, 2025, BNP Paribas Financial Markets executed a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), acquiring 353,102 shares of MTAR Technologies Limited at an average price of Rs. 2,288.52 per share. This transaction amounted to approximately Rs. 80.8 crore
The deal was conducted outside regular trading hours, as bulk deals on the NSE are typically reported post-market close. The transaction represented about 1.15% of MTAR Technologies total equity capital.

DII’s also increased their stake from 23.51% to 24.81% during the same period.
