Post its listing on the stock exchange in February 2025, the shares of the company have already corrected by 10 percent.
About the Order
Eleganz Interiors, through a stock exchange filing, announced that it has secured a new interior fit-out contract worth Rs. 118 Crore with a leading company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The work mainly includes the supply, installation, and handover of interior works and is anticipated to be finished within a year. The client is a multi-sector company, which is a clear indication of Eleganz’s expanding brand value and capacity to manage big and varied projects.
Mr. Sammeer Pakvasa (Chairman & MD) cited that the company’s business momentum remains strong as it currently holds a total of Rs 586 crore (excluding GST) in pending orders, which is almost 1.5x of its FY25 revenue.
Financial Highlights
The company’s revenue for H1 FY26 came in at Rs 111 crore, down by 42 percent from Rs 192 crore in H1 FY25. Additionally, on a sequential basis, revenue declined by 45 percent from Rs 201 crore in H2 FY25.
Coming to its profitability, the company reported a net profit decline of 80 percent to Rs 2 crore in H1 FY26 as compared to Rs 10 crore in H1 FY25. Additionally, on a QoQ basis, it recorded a decline of 82 percent from Rs 11 crore.
