Synopsis:
Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, a subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy Limited, has received orders totalling Rs. 299.40 crore from major Independent Power Producers to supply solar PV modules.
The shares of a small-cap company that manufactures solar modules and offers EPC services gained investor attention after it secured orders worth Rs.299.40 crores.
With a market capitalization of Rs.6,777.24 crores, the shares of Saatvik Green Energy Limited were trading at Rs.533.20, up by 0.95 percent from its previous day’s closing price of Rs.528.20.
Orders
Saatvik Green Energy Limited, its subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has received a large order worth Rs. 299.40 crores. The deal is for supplying solar PV modules to three well-known Independent Power Producers (IIP) & EPC companies. Saatvik Solar Industries will complete and deliver the solar panels between December 2025 to March 2026.
As of the first quarter of FY26, the company’s order book totals 4.05 GW. The company had a 3.80 GW capacity as of 30th June,2025, and plans major expansions by adding 1.00 GW in Ambala by FY26 and setting up 4.00 GW of module capacity in Odisha later that year. In FY27, it will establish a 4.80 GW solar cell plant in Odisha, marking a big boost in its production scale.

It achieved a return on equity of 94 percent and a return on capital employed of 52.3 percent. The company’s P/E ratio stands at 21.71, which is below the industry average of 35.87. Over time, the company’s revenue has shifted, with N-TopCon modules now contributing 78.27 percent of sales, while Mono PERC modules account for 18.8 percent.
