Q2 Highlights
Bectors Food reported a core revenue of Rs 551 crore in Q2 FY26, a growth of 11 percent as compared to Rs 496 crore in Q2 FY25. Additionally, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, it grew by 17 percent from Rs 473 crore.
On the expenses front, it reported total expenses of Rs 509 crore in Q2 FY26, a growth of 13 percent as compared to Rs 449 crore in Q2 FY25. Additionally, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, it grew by 16 percent from Rs 439 crore.
Regarding its profitability, it reported a net profit of Rs 36.50 crore in Q2 FY26, a decline of 6 percent as compared to Rs 39 crore in Q2 FY25. However, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, it recorded a growth of only 18 percent from Rs 31 crore.
Additionally, the company had earlier announced a 1:5 stock split, dividing each equity share of Rs 10 face value into five shares of Rs 2 each to enhance liquidity and widen retail participation. The company has now approved December 12 (Friday) as the record date to determine the shareholders eligible for receiving the subdivided shares.
