During Friday’s trading session, shares of a company involved in the manufacture of all kinds of brass plumbing and sanitary components tumbled around 10 percent on BSE, after reporting weak H1 FY26 financial results.

At 02:13 p.m., shares of Siyaram Recycling Industries Limited were trading in red at Rs. 82 on BSE, down by around 8 percent, compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 88.82, with a market cap of Rs. 179 crores.

The stock has delivered negative returns of more than 48 percent in one year, and has fallen by around 18 percent in the last one month.

Siyaram Recycling Industries Limited announced the financial results for the first half of FY26 on Friday during market hours, as per the latest regulatory filings with the BSE.

For H1 FY26, the company posted a revenue from operations of Rs. 211.85 crores, reflecting a sequential decline of more than 20 percent HoH compared to Rs. 266 crores in H2 FY25, and a year-on-year decrease of around 14 percent from Rs. 245.6 crores recorded in H1 FY25.

During the same period, Siyaram Recycling Industries’ net profit stood at Rs. 3 crores, representing a decrease of around 57 percent HoH from Rs. 7 crores, as well as a decline of around 61 percent YoY from Rs. 7.7 crores.

Additionally, the net profit margin weakened to 1 percent in H1 FY26, down from 3 percent in both the preceding half-year and the same period last year, reflecting notable margin compression.

As per the September 2025 shareholding pattern with the BSE, the renowned ace investor Mukul Mahavir Agrawal holds a 10.1 percent stake in the company.

Siyaram Recycling Industries Limited is primarily engaged in the business of segregation of brass scrap, manufacturing of brass ingots, billets and brass rods and manufacturing of brass-based components (plumbing and sanitary parts) such as brass inserts, brass ceramic cartridges (brass spindles), brass valves, extension nipples, etc.

Additionally, the company supplies brass ingots to reputed domestic clients, including Astral Limited, Kajaria Bathware, and AGI Greenpac. It primarily sources brass scrap from international markets such as the USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
