At 02:34 p.m., shares of Punjab Communications Limited were trading in green at Rs. 70.5 on BSE, up by around 8 percent, compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 65.5, with a market cap of Rs. 85 crores.
The stock has delivered positive returns of around 41 percent in one year, and has gained by more than 36 percent in the last one month.

Punjab Communications Limited announced the financial results for the second quarter of FY26 on Tuesday during market hours, as per the latest regulatory filings with the BSE.
For Q2 FY26, the company posted a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 8.2 crores, reflecting a sequential rise of around 24 percent QoQ compared to Rs. 6.6 crores in Q1 FY26, and a year-on-year increase of more than 49 percent from Rs. 5.5 crores recorded in Q2 FY25.
During the same period, Punjab Communications’ net profit stood at Rs. 3.2 crores, representing an impressive increase of over 814 percent QoQ from Rs. 0.35 crores, as well as a significant turnaround from a loss of Rs. 1 crores.
Additionally, the net profit margin improved to 29 percent in Q2 FY26, compared with 4 percent in the prior quarter, indicating sequential margin expansion.
Punjab Communications Limited is engaged in the manufacture and supply of telecommunication and IT equipment solutions in India. Its diverse product range covers voice/data multiplexers, power plants, optical/transmission equipment and PLCC.
The company serves the growing telecommunications, networking and broadband needs of major organisations and service providers in the country, including BSNL, railways, power sector, defence, private sector, private service operators, corporates, security agencies and more.
