This company, which is a leading global IT services company and is focused on transformational outsourcing and offers an integrated portfolio of services, is in collaboration mode, as it has partnered with several IT companies. Let’s see what this collaboration offers the company on a global level and help it maintain its stronghold in the Indian IT market.

With a market cap of Rs 4,38,799 Crore, the shares of HCL Technologies Ltd are trading at a price of Rs 1,618 and are trading at a PE of 25.8, whereas the industry PE is at 25.5. It has provided a return of 97% over the last 5 years.

Here is its collaboration with these global companies.

NVIDIA

HCLTech has joined hands with NVIDIA to open a new Physical AI Innovation Lab in Santa Clara, giving enterprises a space to experiment with real-world AI and robotics. The lab brings together NVIDIA’s advanced platforms—like Omniverse, Metropolis, Isaac Sim, and Jetson and Holoscan—with HCLTech’s physical-AI tools such as VisionX, Kinetic AI, IEdgeX, and SmartTwin.

The aim is simple: help companies test ideas quickly, refine them with powerful simulation and AI tools, and scale them into practical solutions. Through this collaboration, HCLTech and NVIDIA hope to make it easier for large enterprises to adopt smarter automation, modern robotics, and next-generation physical AI.

Deepu Talla, VP of Robotics and Edge AI at NVIDIA, has said, “Generative physical AI is set to revolutionize industrial automation, but bridging the gap from digital simulation to real-world deployment remains a critical challenge.”

“HCLTech’s innovation lab will help enterprises develop, test, and validate the complex autonomous systems needed to turn AI ambitions into operational reality.”

AWS – Amazon Web Services

HCLTech has entered a new strategic partnership with AWS to help banks and financial institutions modernise faster using AI and cloud technologies. The goal is to address long-standing issues like legacy systems, scattered data and rising customer expectations by combining HCLTech’s industry expertise with AWS’s powerful AI and cloud platforms.

As part of this, HCLTech will roll out ready-to-use solutions for banking, wealth and insurance, covering digital engagement, contact-centre modernisation and core-platform upgrades. The company will also offer strategic consulting, with several new solutions being built directly on AWS to help financial institutions move toward more autonomous, efficient and customer-friendly operations.

Commenting on their relationship with HCLTech and AWS, Vikram Dewan, CIO at Jefferies, said, “Our collaboration with HCLTech and AWS is driving new levels of agility and innovation, helping us modernise core financial platforms and unlock the full potential of cloud and AI for our business.”

“This strategic collaboration combines AWS’s deep financial services expertise and scalable cloud infrastructure with HCLTech’s consultative approach and flexible delivery models to help our customers accelerate their digital modernisation,” said Scott Mullins, Managing Director of Worldwide Financial Services at AWS. Together, we’re enabling financial institutions to innovate and enhance customer experiences while maintaining the security and compliance standards the financial services sector requires.”

SAP

HCLTech has strengthened its partnership with SAP to bring physical AI into everyday industrial work. The two companies will team up to build smart solutions that can automate warehouse tasks, make fleet operations more efficient, and use advanced 3D reality capture to give clearer insights from real-world environments. The idea is to blend AI with physical operations in ways that genuinely make work simpler and smarter.

They’ll also be working together directly with customers to apply these solutions in manufacturing, supply chain and logistics. By combining HCLTech’s hands-on engineering and AI capabilities with SAP’s enterprise strengths, the partnership aims to help businesses boost productivity, reduce complexity and run their physical operations with far more intelligence and ease.

Vijay Guntur, CTO and Head of Ecosystems at HCLTech, has said, “Through our strategic partnership with SAP, HCLTech is pioneering the integration of cognitive robotics with enterprise systems, driving a new era of intelligent automation. Through this new collaboration with SAP, we are enabling businesses to transform operations, accelerate innovation, and realize measurable value from automation at scale.”

Dr. Philipp Herzig, Chief Technology Officer, SAP SE, has said, “By integrating Physical AI into real-world business processes, we are taking the next step in advancing AI capabilities for greater value in specific industries such as manufacturing and supply chain.”

“Partnering with HCLTech helps us explore this vision and accelerate innovation by delivering tangible outcomes for our customers.”

HCLTech’s partnerships with NVIDIA, AWS and SAP highlight a company that’s actively shaping the next wave of technology rather than just keeping up with it. By combining its own engineering strengths with the expertise of these global leaders, HCLTech is creating practical, real-world AI and cloud solutions that businesses can actually use.

These collaborations not only open new doors for innovation but also strengthen HCLTech’s position across industries—from finance to manufacturing and automation. As companies everywhere look to embrace AI and modernise their operations, HCLTech is clearly positioning itself as a trusted partner ready to guide them into the future.
