The shares of the prominent builder gained up to 14 percent in today’s trading session from the day’s high after the company booked its highest-ever annual sales of Rs 2,421.47 crores.
With a market capitalisation of Rs 3,224.33 crore, the shares of Ashiana Housing Ltd were trading at Rs 318.60 per share, increasing around 3.32 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 308.35 apiece.
Strong Q4FY26 Business
The shares of Ashiana Housing Ltd have seen positive movement after delivering a strong FY26 performance, with area booked at 26.73 lakh sq ft and sales value reaching Rs 2,421.13 crore, the highest ever. This reflects solid demand and execution strength. Compared to FY25 sales of Rs 1,936.75 crore, the growth highlights improved scale and stronger market traction across projects.
Furthermore, the Senior Living segment contributed Rs 570.15 crore in FY26, up from Rs 382.90 crore in FY25, with 569 units sold vs 430 units earlier. Quarterly momentum improved as 665 units were booked in Q4FY26, compared to 357 units in Q3FY26 and 597 units in Q4FY25, indicating rising demand.
Additionally, 849 units were launched in Q4FY26, out of which 394 units were sold, generating Rs 1,018.70 crore. Key projects contributed significantly, including Rs 832.50 crore from Gurugram launches. This led to higher Q4FY26 performance compared to both Q3FY26 and Q4FY25, reinforcing strong sales momentum.
Financial Performance
The company delivered a strong turnaround, with revenue surging 172% from Rs 133 crore to Rs 362 crore in Q3FY26. Profit grew sharply by 418% from Rs 11 crore to Rs 57 crore, significantly outpacing revenue growth. This indicates improving operating leverage, better cost control, and a meaningful recovery in overall business performance and profitability.
From Dec 2024 to Dec 2025, operating performance improved significantly. Operating profit rose from Rs 17 crore in Dec 2024 to Rs 68 crore in Dec 2025, supported by a strong recovery in subsequent quarters. Meanwhile, OPM expanded from 13% to 19%, reflecting better cost control, improved execution, and stronger operating efficiency over the period.
