Synopsis: Innovision Limited has secured a Rs. 25.69 crore contract from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for toll collection and maintenance operations at the Belon Fee Plaza in Uttar Pradesh. The one-year contract is expected to strengthen the company’s toll management business and provide revenue visibility for the coming year.

Shares of Innovision Limited are likely to remain in focus after the company announced that it has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from NHAI for operating and managing a toll plaza on a national highway in Uttar Pradesh.

Innovision Limited Fibers has a total market capitalization of Rs. 713.68 crore, according to NSE data. The company’s shares were trading at Rs. 299.70 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, up by 1.40 percent during the session. The stock has declined around 1.09 percent over the last five trading sessions and delivered a negative return of nearly 7.36 percent over the past month, reflecting a negative performance. The stock touched a 52-week high of Rs. 470 and a 52-week low of Rs. 284, highlighting significant volatility during the period. 

As per the exchange filing, the company has been awarded a contract for the engagement of a user fee collection agency at the Belon Fee Plaza located at Km 136.965 on the two/four-lane Aligarh–Moradabad section from Km 85.65 to Km 158.895 on NH-93 (NH-509) in Uttar Pradesh.

The contract was awarded through a competitive bidding process under NHAI’s tender framework. Besides toll fee collection, the scope of work includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks as well as replenishment of consumable items, ensuring smooth operation of the toll plaza and associated public facilities.

The order was awarded on June 4, 2026, and received by the company on June 5, 2026. The contract has a tenure of one year and carries a total value of Rs. 25.69 crore. According to the company, the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related-party transactions. The promoter group of the company also does not have any interest in the awarding authority.

The latest order is expected to strengthen Innovision’s position in the toll plaza management segment, a key business vertical for the company. With increasing investments in road and highway infrastructure across India, opportunities for toll collection, facility management, and related services continue to expand, providing growth prospects for specialized service providers such as Innovision.
