Winsol Engineers Limited has informed the exchanges that the order, valued at approximately Rs. 49.79 crore (excluding GST), pertains to the supply of materials and execution of ETC (Erection, Testing and Commissioning) works for a 400 kV EHV Single Circuit/Multi Circuit Transmission Line Project.
According to the company’s filing, the purchase order was issued by KPIG Energia Private Limited on May 15, 2026, while the finalized terms of the contract were received by the company on June 11, 2026. The project has been awarded by a domestic entity and will be executed in accordance with the timelines specified in the Letter of Award and the purchase order.
The contract includes both supply and service components, with milestone-based payments linked to material deliveries, project execution progress, commissioning activities, and final project handover. The company stated that the order represents a significant addition to its existing order book and reflects continued customer confidence in its execution capabilities.
The latest order comes amid growing investments in transmission infrastructure to support India’s rapidly expanding renewable energy capacity. As solar and wind power installations continue to increase, the need for high-voltage transmission networks has become critical for evacuating power from generation sites to consumption centers.
The project is expected to strengthen Winsol Engineers’ presence in the power transmission and renewable energy infrastructure segment, where demand remains robust due to ongoing grid modernization and clean energy expansion initiatives. The company clarified that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
