The partnership aims to leverage AI, IoT, and data analytics to drive financial inclusion, climate solutions, and smart farming across the company’s network of over 5,000 villages.

Shares of Avio Smart Market Stack Limited are likely to remain in focus after the company announced a strategic partnership with StandardWings Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to develop next-generation AI-powered digital infrastructure for India’s rural and agricultural ecosystem.

Avio Smart Market Stack Limited has a total market capitalization of approximately Rs. 220.51 crore. The company’s shares were trading at Rs. 7.24 apiece on the stock exchange, up 1.69 percent during the session. The stock has declined 3.08 percent over the last five trading sessions, while it has declined 1.63 percent over the last month. The stock touched a 52-week high of Rs. 17.60 and a 52-week low of Rs. 6.91.

According to the company’s press release, Avio Smart Market Stack (ASMS), formerly Bartronics India Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nashik-based StandardWings Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to jointly explore the development of scalable digital platforms focused on agriculture, rural commerce, financial inclusion, and climate-focused initiatives.

The partnership combines ASMS’ rural network spanning more than 5,000 villages with access to nearly 4 crore farmers and rural residents, with StandardWings’ expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), enterprise software, and digital transformation.

Under the proposed collaboration, both companies will explore the development of AI-powered crop advisory platforms, yield prediction models, pest detection systems, weather-based decision support tools, precision farming solutions, digital agri-marketplaces, supply chain traceability platforms, ESG assessment tools, carbon project monitoring systems (dMRV), livestock monitoring solutions, and other farmer-centric digital applications.

The companies also intend to jointly develop pilot projects and proprietary agri-tech platforms that support regenerative farming practices, climate resilience, and sustainable agricultural development. However, the company clarified that the MoU is exploratory in nature, and any commercial projects arising from the collaboration will be executed through separate definitive agreements.

The collaboration comes at a time when India’s agriculture sector is rapidly embracing digital technologies to improve farm productivity, optimize resource utilization, and enhance farmers’ income. Increasing adoption of AI, IoT sensors, satellite data, predictive analytics, and digital marketplaces is transforming the way farmers make decisions regarding crop management, irrigation, pest control, and market access.

For investors, the partnership highlights Avio Smart Market Stack’s strategy to expand beyond traditional digital services into high-growth rural technology and agri-tech solutions. By combining its extensive rural distribution network with advanced AI capabilities, the company could strengthen its long-term positioning in India’s digital agriculture ecosystem if the collaboration translates into commercial deployments.
