GP Eco Solutions India Limited has a total market capitalization of approximately Rs. 496.66 crore. The company’s shares were trading at Rs. 420.80 apiece on the stock exchange, up by 0.25 percent. The stock has declined 0.15 percent over the last five trading sessions and declined 6.09 percent over the last month. The stock touched a 52-week high of Rs. 616.15 and a 52-week low of Rs. 264.05.

According to the company’s exchange filing, the order has been awarded by KPI Green Energy Limited, a domestic entity, for the supply of tracker material for the module mounting structure (MMS) for the SJVN 200 MW Khavda Project. The contract is valued at Rs. 58,31,14,513 and is scheduled to be executed by December 31, 2026. The company also clarified that the transaction is not a related-party transaction and that neither the promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding company.

The latest contract further strengthens GP Eco Solutions’ order book and highlights its growing participation in India’s utility-scale renewable energy ecosystem. Tracker systems and module mounting structures are among the most critical components of modern solar power plants, enabling solar panels to follow the sun’s movement and maximise electricity generation. As developers increasingly adopt tracker-based installations to improve plant efficiency, demand for these specialised products is expected to remain strong.

The order also provides improved revenue visibility over the coming quarters and demonstrates the company’s capability to execute large-value renewable energy projects for established developers. Participation in marquee projects such as the Khavda Renewable Energy Park enhances GP Eco Solutions’ execution credentials and could improve its ability to secure additional contracts from independent power producers, EPC contractors and government-backed renewable energy projects.

The Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat is among the world’s largest renewable energy developments and forms a key part of India’s clean energy transition. Large-scale investments in such projects are expected to drive sustained demand for solar modules, mounting structures, tracker systems and other balance-of-system components, creating significant long-term opportunities for domestic manufacturers and suppliers.

India continues to accelerate renewable energy capacity additions to achieve its target of 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030. Government policies, increasing private sector investments and falling solar power costs are driving rapid expansion of utility-scale solar parks, resulting in a robust pipeline of opportunities for companies engaged in manufacturing specialised solar equipment and engineering solutions.

For investors, the latest order reinforces GP Eco Solutions’ expanding presence in the renewable energy supply chain while improving the company’s order pipeline and revenue visibility. Continued execution of high-value projects and sustained order inflows from leading renewable energy developers could strengthen long-term earnings growth and position the company to benefit from India’s accelerating transition towards clean energy.
