Synopsis: In Q1 FY27, Goldman Sachs India made strategic adjustments to its portfolio, including an increased holding in GNG Electronics and ASK Automotive and a reduced stake in CMS Info Systems, Amber Enterprises, Inox India & others.

In Q1 FY27, Goldman Sachs India Limited made several changes to its portfolio by increasing its stakes in some Indian-listed companies and reducing its holdings in others across different sectors. These moves reflect the firm’s regular portfolio rebalancing based on changing market conditions, sector outlooks, valuations, and global investment trends.

While such portfolio adjustments typically attract market attention, they should not be interpreted as direct signals of fundamental concerns but rather as part of the broader, dynamic approach to capital management and investment diversification. According to the latest corporate shareholding disclosures, Goldman Sachs India Limited publicly holds stakes in 39 listed companies, with a total portfolio value of over Rs. 6,950.2 crore.
