The shares of a microcap engineering stock that is engaged in providing Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning services for the oil and gas, power, renewable energy, and industrial sectors hit a 5 percent upper circuit on Thursday’s trade after bagging two work orders worth around Rs 14.3 Crores. 

Share Price Movement 

The shares of Lakshya Powertech Ltd, with a total market capitalization of Rs 201.68 Crores hit a 5 percent upper circuit by reaching an Intraday high of Rs 204.25 per share on Thursday’s trading session. 

About the Order 

According to a press release dated February 20, 2025, the company has secured two work orders from Powerica Limited. The first order, valued at approximately Rs 10.41 Crores, involves supplying installation materials and installing 25 x 2250 KVA and 1 x 1010 KVA DG sets, as well as designing, engineering, supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning an underground single-wall horizontal cylindrical HSD storage tank for an NTT Data center.

The second order, worth around Rs 3.86 Crores, covers the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a facility fuel system for the HSD system at the NTT Data center. The time period by which these orders are to be executed is four months.

Financials

Lakshya Powertech Ltd reported an increase of 4.2 percent YoY in revenues from operations from Rs 64.03 Crores in H1FY24 to Rs 66.7 Crores in H1FY25. Their Net Profits saw a YoY jump of 76 percent from Rs 4.2 Crores to Rs 7.4 Crores over the same period. 

Previous Order 

As per a press release dated 31, January 2025,  the Company has secured a Work Order worth Rs 2.25 Crores for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 2 x 2250 KVA DG Sets for IRIPL (Coco Cola) from Powerica Limited.
