With a market capitalization of Rs 8,890.73 crore, the shares of Just Dial Ltd were trading at Rs 1,037.10 per share, increasing around 12.65 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 920.60 apiece.
Reason for rise
The shares of Just Dial Ltd have seen bullish movement after reporting positive results in Q4FY25, revenue increased by 2 percent on a quarter-on-quarter basis from Rs. 265 crore in Q3FY25 to Rs. 270 crore in Q4FY25. Further, revenue zoomed by 15 percent year on year, from Rs 233 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs 270 crore in Q4FY25.
The company’s net profit increased by 26 percent on a quarter-on-quarter basis, from Rs. 92 crore in Q3FY25 to Rs. 116 crore in Q4FY25. Further, net profit magnified significantly by 38 percent year on year from Rs 84 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs 116 crore in Q4FY25.
The company posted a strong FY24- 25 performance, with revenue surging 56 percent from Rs 845 crore to Rs 1,043 crore. Net profit jumped 123 percent, rising from Rs 163 crore to Rs 363 crore, reflecting robust growth and improved profitability over the previous financial year.

The company has a nationwide presence with branches in 11 cities, HQ in Mumbai, and tech operations in Bengaluru. With 4,633 tele-sales staff, 5,470 field sales personnel, and operations across 250+ cities covering 11,000+ pin codes, it ensures extensive reach and customer engagement across India.
Traffic Share
In Q4 FY25, Justdial recorded 191.3 million visits, with 86.9 percent traffic from mobile platforms, 10.5 percent from desktops/PCs, and 2.6 percent via voice. The data highlights a dominant mobile presence, reflecting user preference for on-the-go access across its services.
